Can a district add schools later?
Yes. Schools are enabled as they are ready. The annual price follows enrolled students on the contract. There is no plan to switch.
Is there a setup fee?
Infinite Campus connection and the first school enablement are part of getting started. Larger multi-school rollouts may include a scoped implementation, which we will spell out before you commit.
How do staff sign in?
Staff use Google with the email already on the Infinite Campus roster. There is no separate GuidelineK12 password, and nothing to download. It runs in the browser. Families receive letters without creating an account.
Does every school need Infinite Campus?
GuidelineK12 is built for districts that already use Infinite Campus. Rosters, staff, and guardians come from that sync.
What payment methods do you accept?
