Your district authorizes OneRoster access. Credentials are stored encrypted, not in the app UI.

Schools, staff, students, and guardians are pulled into GuidelineK12 on a regular scheduled sync, plus a manual sync when GuidelineK12 runs one.

A school is turned on when it is ready. Staff with a matching Google email can then sign in.
